Performance Marketing Executive (D2C & Labs)
Location: Goregaon East (On-Site)
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Core Mission
To act as a hands-on performance marketer responsible for executing and optimizing customer acquisition campaigns across D2C products and Aayush Labs. The role requires a strong focus on ROI, ensuring every digital rupee spent drives measurable growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution & Management:
- Execute, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Display, P-Max), and marketplace ads (Amazon, Flipkart, Q-commerce).
- Budget & Performance Tracking:
- Monitor campaign spends and key metrics such as CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversions to ensure efficient budget utilization and profitability.
- A/B Testing & Optimization:
- Assist in designing and running A/B tests across creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance.
- E-Commerce Growth Support:
- Support initiatives to improve sales velocity, product ranking, and visibility on Amazon, Flipkart, and Q-commerce platforms.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Maintain daily and weekly performance dashboards and share actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with creative, brand, and product teams to align campaign execution with broader marketing objectives.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated with platform changes, new ad formats, and industry trends to enhance campaign performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience:
- 24 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for D2C brands, digital-first businesses, or e-commerce platforms.
- Platform Expertise:
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Advertising, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio).
- Track Record:
- Experience managing significant monthly ad budgets with a focus on improving ROI and performance metrics.
- Skills:
- Solid understanding of campaign optimization and bid strategies
- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Familiarity with tools like Looker Studio, Tag Manager, Hotjar, and A/B testing tools
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable optimizations
- Mindset:
- A hands-on executor who enjoys working closely with campaigns, testing, and optimizing performance levers.
