About the Role:

We are looking for a data-driven and creativePerformance Marketing Executive (B2B)to execute andoptimizepaid marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of B2B lead generation, account-based targeting, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid digital campaigns across platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and display networks.
  • Drive high-quality B2B lead generation campaigns with a strong focus on CPL, lead quality, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to improve targeting and campaign efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, compelling copy, and optimized landing pages.
  • Execute continuous A/B testing across creatives, headlines, CTAs, and audience segments to improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor, analyze, andoptimizecampaign performance using analytics and CRM platforms.
  • Set up and manage tracking frameworks including UTM parameters, conversion tracking, and funnel attribution.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Stay updated on B2B digital marketing trends, paid media innovations, and platform algorithm changes.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, ora relatedfield.
  • 2 3 years of hands-on experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience managing andoptimizingcampaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other B2B-focused platforms.
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation strategies, buyer journeys, and sales funnels.
  • Practical experience with UTM tracking, conversion tracking, and CRM integrations (such as HubSpot or Salesforce).
  • Proficiencyin analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with good Excel or spreadsheetproficiency.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and cross-team collaboration skills.
