About the Role

Proeze is looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Manager with strong expertise in Ecommerce, Lead Generation, Funnels, and Data Attribution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing campaigns that drive measurable growth and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance channels
  • Manage Ecommerce performance marketing including ROAS, CAC, AOV, and conversion optimization
  • Drive Lead Generation campaigns with strong focus on CPL, lead quality, and funnel efficiency
  • Build and optimize full-funnel marketing strategies (Awareness Consideration Conversion Retention)
  • Set up and manage tracking, attribution, and analytics (GA4, GTM, Pixels, Conversion APIs)
  • Perform data analysis and reporting to improve campaign ROI and decision making
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and funnels
  • Work closely with creative, content, and tech teams to improve performance outcomes
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and performance forecasting
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
  • Must have experience in media planning

Required Skills & Tools

  • Google Ads & Meta Ads (Advanced)
  • Ecommerce Performance Marketing (Shopify / WooCommerce understanding preferred)
  • Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
  • Data Attribution & Tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Pixels, Conversion API)
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) understanding
  • Data studio/ Excel / Google Sheets for reporting & analysis

Preferred Experience

  • Agency background handling multiple clients
  • Experience managing high-budget campaigns
  • Exposure to multi-touch attribution models
  • Understanding of landing page and funnel tools
