Job Description

  • have expertise in Google or Meta ads or both and want to grow further into the same.
  • are highly data-focussed in your research and decision making.

  • understand CRO and the value of optimizing the website to improve ad performance.
  • have excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills, including creating and delivering effective presentations and marketing reports.
  • love setting big goals and taking them down strategically.
  • love taking responsibilities and managing multiple priorities.
  • have good expertise on GA4, Looker Studio, MS Excel.

Your broad responsibilities would include:

  • managing client projects end to end including audience research, competitive research, creative research, campaign creation, ongoing optimization and reporting
  • managing client communication directly to build strong relationships with them and being able to explain the rationale for your decisions and getting their approvals on plans
  • doing cross-platform ads analytics and decision making from it to keep growing each brand
  • learning from other team members and sharing your knowledge with them to create a high performance eco-system
  • delivering growth and ROI to clients as per each brands goals
  • understanding what makes and conceptualizing high converting campaigns and landing pages basis customer behavior analysis
  • guiding clients on other channels of marketing that can improve their growth
  • continuously learning and becoming a top 1% performance marketer (yes, legit this is a serious responsibility as a part of your job and we will help you get there).
