Position Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 23 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid digital campaigns. The ideal candidate is data-driven, execution-focused, and has strong exposure to performance channels, tracking tools and creative best practices preferably within an e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Campaign Execution
Execute, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search/ SEM, Shopping, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads and TikTok Ads
Support campaign setup, bid optimization, budget pacing, and scaling of high-performing campaigns
Optimize campaigns against key performance metrics such as CTR, CPS, CPS, CPO, ROAS, CVR, traffic and revenue
Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance using reportsI and ad platform dashboards
Work with MMPs and tracking tools such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch etc
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Identify trends, anomalies and optimization opportunities across channels and markets
Creative Optimization & Best Practices
Collaborate with creative and content teams to brief, review and optimize ad creatives
Apply strong understanding of digital ad creatives, formats, hooks, messaging, and best practices across platforms especially Snapchat and TikTok.
Conduct creative A/B testing to improve CTR, CVR, and overall campaign efficiency
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams such as Content and Design, CRM, Analytics, and Commercial to align on campaign objectives
Support execution of major campaigns, promotions and seasonal sales events
Qualifications & Requirements
2-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing channels such as
Google Ads (Search/ SEM, Shopping, PMax, Display)
Meta Ads
Snapchat Ads
TikTok Ads
E-commerce experience is a strong plus
Experience using MMPs and tracking platforms such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics (GA4)
Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills (reporting, formulas, data analysis, performance tracking)
Solid understanding of digital marketing creatives and performance best practices
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
