Performance Marketing Associate

Location: Bengaluru (on-site)

CTC: ₹8 LPA

About the role:

You'll own all paid ads channels end-to-end: the strategy and the execution. You will be responsible for improving ROAS and ARPU, reducing CPA and CPL, and maintaining a healthy LTV: CAC ratio.

Responsibilities:

Run and scale Google Ads and Meta Ads (our two main paid channels) - search, Pmax, retargeting, lead-gen.
Cut waste: kill losing campaigns/keywords fast, reallocate to what converts to revenue, not to form-fills
Own the funnel past the click: landing pages, offers, lead quality, and the handoff to sales
Report weekly on the four metrics above, with a clear read on what you're changing and why
Set up conversion actions for new campaigns and ensure events are being properly tracked.

Must have:

2+ years hands-on with both Google Ads and Meta Ads (managing real budgets yourself, not via an agency)
Comfort measuring CPA, Cost per SQL, MQL, Opportunity, Customer and LTV: CAC
Conversion tracking literacy (pixels, offline/server-side conversions, UTMs, attribution basics)
Bias to test, measure, and cut.
