About the Role
We are seeking a Performance Marketer with a growth hacking mindset and a genuine obsession for social media and viral trends to lead our lead acquisition efforts. This role has a primary focus on paid digital distribution and is ideal for a hands-on individual who can strategically manage and expand distribution channels while reducing reliance on third parties. The successful candidate will be a creative problem-solver, adept at the full lifecycle of idea creation, execution, and continuous iteration to drive ambitious growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Paid Digital Distribution: Lead and manage all paid digital distribution channels, including but not limited to Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other emerging platforms, to generate high-quality leads.
- Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage a robust lead acquisition strategy. This includes the full cycle of idea creation, execution, review, and iteration to optimize performance and scale acquisition efforts.
- Channel Management: Take full ownership of key distribution channels. This involves removing reliance on third-party vendors and bringing channel management in-house to ensure direct control and maximum efficiency.
- Experimentation & Optimization: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve campaign performance. Analyze data to identify new opportunities for growth and iterate rapidly on successful strategies.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key metrics to provide insights into campaign performance, optimizing budget allocation to maximize ROI and achieve lead generation goals.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles, with a strong focus on lead acquisition and paid media.
- A deep understanding of paid digital distribution channels and a track record of successfully managing large-scale campaigns.
- A proactive, hands-on, and autonomous approach to work.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
- A growth hacking mindset with a history of implementing creative, scalable, and unconventional strategies.
