We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Associate (D2C)

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai (Work from Office)

Experience: 12 years in performance marketing

At Nap Chief, we're building India's coolest premium kidswear brand bold, playful, and proudly homegrown. With a strong presence across our own D2C platform and leading marketplaces, we're scaling fast and looking for someone who can help us grow even faster.

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Associate who's obsessed with paid media, analytics, and creative testing someone who wants to work directly with the founders and make a measurable impact from Day 1.

What You'll Do

• Plan, execute, and scale campaigns across Meta and Google
• Track and optimize KPIs: ROAS, CAC, CTR, etc.
• Collaborate with our creative team for high-performing ad assets
• Run A/B tests and landing page experiments
• Leverage data to drive decision-making
• Manage campaign budgets effectively

What We're Looking For

• 12 years of D2C experience (must-have)
• Hands-on with Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Strong analytical skills comfortable in Sheets, GA, Meta reporting
• Hunger to learn, test, and grow
• Bonus: Experience in retention campaigns and CRO
