About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Performance Marketing Associate to support the execution, monitoring, and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads, along with a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Assist with campaign setup, including audience targeting, ad creation, and budget configuration.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis.
• Support A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
• Track and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
• Monitor campaign budgets and ensure effective spend pacing.
• Ensure accurate implementation of tracking pixels, tags, and conversion events.
• Prepare performance reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with content and design teams for ad creatives.
• Support ongoing campaign optimization under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Google Ads
• LinkedIn Ads
• Meta Ads
• Basic understanding of campaign setup and optimization.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
