Performance Marketing Analyst (Google & Meta Ads)
Job Summary
We are hiring a Performance Marketing Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. This role is for specialists who focus on paid performance marketing and have a strong understanding of ROI, campaign scaling, and data-driven decision-making.
The candidate will manage end-to-end paid campaigns for multiple D2C brands, ensuring optimal performance, efficient budget utilization, and measurable business growth. This is a client-facing role requiring analytical thinking and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Search & Social)
- Handle multiple client accounts with monthly ad budgets of ₹3–5 lakhs or more
- Monitor daily campaign performance and improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
- Identify scaling opportunities and implement data-driven strategies
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Work closely with clients to align campaigns with business goals
- Collaborate with internal teams for ad creatives and campaign improvements
- Ensure proper tracking and attribution using GA4 and GTM
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in performance marketing
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience in D2C or digital marketing agency environment
- Strong understanding of performance funnels and attribution models
- Experience managing ad budgets of ₹3–5 lakhs or more
- Proficiency in GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines
Good To Have
- Experience with Bing Ads, Snapchat Ads, or other paid platforms
- Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion optimization
