We are looking for a tech-savvy and high-energy Performance Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This role goes beyond traditional media buying we're seeking a digital-first marketer who leverages AI tools to enhance productivity, insights, and campaign performance. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing performance-driven campaigns while continuously adapting to evolving industry trends and technologies.

The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in performance marketing, hands-on platform experience, understand the SEO best practices and a strong drive to learn and grow alongside experienced industry leaders.

What You Will Do

• Multi-Channel Execution: Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads.
• SEO Integration: Apply SEO best practices to strengthen clients overall digital presence and ensure alignment across channels.
• AI-Driven Workflow: Leverage prompt engineering across Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude to automate tasks, conduct research, and support strategic planning.
• Advanced Reporting & Analytics: Utilize advanced Excel capabilities to analyze performance data, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights.
• Market Strategy Execution: Plan and execute campaigns across multiple regions, with a strong focus on the North American market.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with industry leaders and stakeholders to understand business fundamentals and drive measurable client growth.

Who you are

• Plan, execute, and optimize cross-channel paid media campaigns to achieve performance and ROI targets.
• Leverage AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to enhance marketing strategy, content development, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze campaign and marketing data using MS Excel to generate insights and performance reports.
• Conduct Paid Media Audit, technical SEO audits, keyword research, and on-page optimization to deliver client KPIs.
• Develop data-driven content insights and streamline repetitive marketing workflows through automation.
• Build and maintain performance trackers; automate multi-source reporting dashboards for daily monitoring.
• Perform detailed audits, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
