Primary title: Performance Marketing Executive
We are a fast-growing digital marketing and customer-acquisition services company operating in the performance marketing sector, serving B2C and B2B clients across India. Our focus is on paid search, paid social, and data-driven user acquisition to drive measurable revenue and scalable growth. This role is fully on-site in India and is ideal for candidates who are hands-on with campaign execution, optimisation, and reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute and optimise paid search and paid social campaigns across Google Ads and Meta to achieve CPA, ROAS, and volume targets.
- Create, test, and refine audience targeting, bidding strategies, ad creatives, and landing page signals to improve conversion metrics.
- Implement and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4 to ensure accurate measurement of funnel events and revenue.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards and weekly/monthly reports using Looker Studio and spreadsheets to communicate campaign performance and action items.
- Support budget pacing, bid adjustments, and campaign scaling while proactively identifying underperforming segments and remediation steps.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to run A/B tests, iterate on ad assets, and feed learnings into future campaigns.
