Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur for a Performance Marketing Specialist. The individual in this role will oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across various channels. Responsibilities include tracking campaign performance, analyzing data, conducting performance testing, and refining strategies to maximize ROI. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for clear communication and effective campaign execution will also be required.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Data Analysis for campaign performance insights
• Expertise in Performance Management and Performance Testing
• Excellent Communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights effectively
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and performance analytics platforms is preferred
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field is desirable
