Role Description:

We are looking for a data-driven and growth-focused Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate understands audience psychology, funnel strategy, and performance metrics, and can turn ad spends into measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Develop full-funnel campaign strategies (Awareness Consideration Conversion).
  • Conduct audience research and competitor analysis. Create, test, and optimize ad creatives and copies.
  • Monitor KPIs such as CPR, CPL, CAC, CTR, ROAS.
  • Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining profitability.
  • Set up and manage tracking (Meta Pixel, Conversions API). Analyze data and generate performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve ad performance.
Skills Required:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager. Understanding of performance metrics and optimization strategies.
  • Knowledge of sales funnels and customer journeys. Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets efficiently and improve ROAS.
