Role Description

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who can manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to drive sales conversions and ROI. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of paid media strategy, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and conversion tracking to generate measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Paid Advertising Platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) and Performance Marketing Strategies
• Experienced in Campaign Analytics, A/B Testing, and Conversion Rate Optimization
• Skills in SEO, SEM, and Digital Advertising Best Practices
• Ability to utilize tools such as Google Analytics and other tracking software to measure campaign performance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail
• Experience with e-commerce or retail marketing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; certifications in digital marketing are beneficial

Required Skills

• Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of conversion campaigns and sales funnel strategy.
• Experience with pixel setup and tracking.
• Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
• Ability to analyze data and improve campaign performance.
• Basic knowledge of landing page optimization is a plus.

Experience

• 13 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Ads.
