Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Performance Marketer. The Performance Marketer will focus on planning, implementing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Key responsibilities include conducting data analyses, monitoring campaign performance metrics, managing ad budgets, and identifying actionable opportunities for growth. The role will also involve collaboration with design and content teams to enhance campaign creativity and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads
• Competency in data-driven decision-making and working knowledge of Google Analytics, A/B testing, and performance tracking tools
• Experience in SEO, SEM, and email marketing automation tools
• Strong copywriting, content creation, and creative direction skills
• Ability to analyze trends, generate insights, and deliver actionable recommendations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience in the IT or digital marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
