Job Description:
Purpose of the role: We are seeking a performance driven Demand Generation professional to lead and scale student acquisition across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate is deeply hands-on, highly analytical, and up to date with the latest online campaign platforms and performance marketing trends, especially within the Study Abroad / EdTech ecosystem.

- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel online demand generation campaigns across:

Programmatic & Display Networks
- Manage search intentbased campaigns (high-intent study abroad keywords)
- Execute remarketing and retargeting across platforms (web, app, CRM audiences)
- Drive end-to-end lead funnel ownership CPL, CAC, conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI
- Collaborate with creative teams to build high-performing ad copies, creatives, videos, and landing pages
- Run continuous A/B testing on audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and funnels
- Optimize landing pages, forms, and lead flows to improve conversion rates and lead quality
- Work closely with counselling/sales teams to improve lead-to-enrolment performance
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and seasonal demand for study abroad intakes
- Track and report performance using GA4, Ads Managers, CRM, attribution tools

Requirements
- 25 years of experience in Demand Generation
- Proven hands-on expertise across multiple online acquisition platforms
- Strong understanding of student acquisition funnels and lead quality optimization
- Experience in study abroad consultancy or edtech is highly preferred
- Data-driven mind-set with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to manage budgets, scale campaigns, and deliver measurable results
Good to Have
- Experience with YouTube video campaigns and influencer-led demand
- Knowledge of WhatsApp, email, and SMS automation for lead nurturing
- Familiarity with regional language campaigns
- Understanding of peak intake cycles (Jan / Sep / Rolling intakes)
