  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and more) to drive app downloads and signups.
  • Analyze user behavior data to create targeted campaigns that convert effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other data dashboards.
  • Regularly provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign ROI.
  • Work closely with the product, design, and content teams to create compelling ads and landing pages.
  • Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and company goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, benchmarks, and best practices within the stockbroking and fintech industries.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve maximum efficiency and impact

Requirements

  • 13 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the stockbroking or fintech sectors.
  • Proven experience in driving app downloads and user signups.
  • Proficiency in advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the financial markets and stockbroking industry is a plus.
