Job Title: Performance Marketer Intern

We're looking for a sharp and driven *Performance Marketing Intern* who understands how the travel industry works from lead generation to funnel optimization to converting real travellers, not just form fillers.
Responsibilities
- Run and optimize *Meta Ads* and *Google Ads* specifically for travel packages and lead-gen campaigns.
- Build and improve *funnel strategies* (awareness engagement conversion).
- Work on reducing *CPL, increasing **lead quality*, and improving conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign insights, audiences, landing pages, and instant form performance.
- Create data-driven suggestions for creatives, hooks, and ad formats based on travel trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align ad messaging with actual traveller needs.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and insights.
Requirements
- Practical experience or strong knowledge of *Meta Ads Manager* & *Google Ads*.
- Understanding of *travel industry behaviour* budgets, destinations, seasons, and purchase intent.
- Basic knowledge of *retargeting, lookalike audiences, and funnel building*.
- Good analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign data.
- Creative thinking and willingness to experiment.
Good to Have
- Experience with landing pages, instant forms, or CRM tools.
- Understanding of Instagram trends and ads-content alignment.
