Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketer based in Jaipur. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and executing performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. Key responsibilities include data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness, budget management, audience targeting, A/B testing, and suggesting improvements to maximize ROI. The role also involves collaborating with creative and content teams to ensure messaging consistency.

What you'll do:

• Plan & scale campaigns on Meta + Google

• Build full-funnel strategies (acquisition → retention)

• Analyse ROAS, CTR, AOV, LTV and act fast

• Lead creative strategy & testing

• Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences & landing pages

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years in performance marketing (Meta & Google Ads)

• Strong D2C funnel understanding

• Hands-on with analytics (GA4, Meta Pixel)

• Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously

Bonus:

Shopify, GTM, marketplace ads, AI tools exposure
