Role Summary:

We are seeking a result-oriented Performance Marketer to manage and scale paid campaigns that drive quality leads and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Run and optimize campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads

- Monitor and improve key metrics like CPL, CAC & ROAS

- Set up and manage tracking via Google Analytics & other marketing analytics tools

- Test creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign performance

- Continuously analyze data and suggest growth strategies

 Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in performance marketing

• Strong analytical skills

• Knowledge of campaign tracking & reporting

• Ability to scale campaigns effectively

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
