At JAAVYA, we're looking for a performance marketer who has hands-on experience building and scaling a skincare or personal-care D2C brand from scratch.

We're not looking for someone who has only run ads for clients. We want someone who understands how to build a brand through performance marketing — from the first campaign to profitable customer acquisition and scalable growth.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience with skincare, beauty, or personal-care brands.
• Strong D2C and e-commerce growth experience.
• Experience building Meta Ads campaigns from scratch.
• Expertise in Facebook & Instagram Ads, creative testing, retargeting, and scaling.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, conversion rates, and profitability.
• Ability to develop winning ad creatives, hooks, and performance-driven strategies.
• A track record of measurable results backed by real case studies.

This role is for someone who has done the work, understands the numbers, and knows how to turn ad spend into sustainable business growth.
