We're Hiring: Performance Marketer – Quick Commerce & E-Commerce

Natureland Organics is looking for a performance marketing professional to drive growth across Quick Commerce and E-commerce platforms. Great opportunity for someone passionate about scaling D2C brands in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Requirements:

Prior experience working with D2C brands is mandatory

Hands-on experience with Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) and/or E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.)

Strong grasp of performance metrics — ROAS, CAC, funnel optimization, and ad spend management

Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies

Willingness to relocate to Delhi is essential

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Q-comm and E-comm platforms

Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROAS

Collaborate with internal teams and platform partners to drive growth

Track performance trends and identify opportunities for scale
