Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer, based in Dehradun. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive growth. Day-to-day tasks include executing paid media strategies, analyzing campaign performance, managing budgets, creating performance reports, conducting market research, and identifying new opportunities for audience engagement and customer acquisition.

Qualifications

• Expertise in digital advertising channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media advertising
• Strong understanding of performance tracking tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools
• Data-driven decision-making skills, including experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and content strategy alignment to maximize campaign effectiveness
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Experience with creative collaboration for marketing collateral such as ad copy, landing pages, and visuals
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills
• Relevant experience in performance marketing; previous experience in the media or creative industry is a plus
