Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketer based in Kozhikode. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic digital marketing campaigns, monitoring and optimizing performance metrics, and managing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms. Additional responsibilities include market research, creating reports with actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet the goals of our clients.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Digital Marketing, including Performance Marketing and Social Media Management
• Skills in Strategic Planning, Marketing Activations, and Campaign Optimization
• Experience with Analytics, Performance Tracking, and Data-Driven Decision Making using relevant tools and software
• Proficiency in Content Creation for text, image, and video, as well as proficiency in Ad Films and Promo Video Production
• Knowledge of Website Development and E-commerce Platforms
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative on-site environment
• Experience with a diverse range of industries is a plus
