Performance Marketer

Tiju's Academy is a leading coaching institution in Kerala, India, specializing in OET and IELTS preparation for healthcare professionals and individuals pursuing international opportunities. Established in 2021 in Mavelikara and expanded to Thiruvalla in 2022, the academy is committed to delivering high-quality language training. Tiju's Academy employs an innovative, foundational approach to English language learning, including advanced grammar techniques previously unexplored in OET instruction. Their mission is to equip students with essential skills and confidence to excel in language assessments and achieve their global aspirations.

This is a full-time on-site Performance Marketer role based in Alappuzha. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for designing and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing paid media, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and optimizing strategies for maximum ROI. Additional responsibilities include content creation, audience segmentation, market research, and identifying growth opportunities to improve brand visibility and engagement.

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising, and Social Media Marketing
• Strong skills in Data Analysis, Campaign Optimization, and ROI Measurement
• Experience in creating engaging content tailored to specific target audiences
• Knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
• Experience in the education or coaching industry is a plus
