About the Role
Performance Engineering ensures system scalability, reliability, and resilience across CRD and CRPM platforms by validating performance characteristics of complex enterprise systems and clientcritical workflows.
Who We Are Looking For
An experienced Performance Engineering Lead (AVP level) with 15+ years of experience to lead and mature performance testing practices across CRD and CRPM products.
Why This Role Is Important
This role proactively identifies performance risks, improves release confidence, and supports clientcritical workloads while maintaining compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive performance testing and engineering strategy
Lead execution of load, stress, endurance, scalability, and performance tests
Establish and maintain performance benchmarks, baselines, and SLAs
Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams
Oversee performance test planning, environments, and execution
Analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and drive rootcause analysis
Mentor performance engineers and QA teams
Support major releases, escalations, and production investigations
Ensure adherence to QA standards, SDLC controls, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
15+ years of QA experience with deep focus on performance engineering
Strong handson experience with tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling
Proven experience designing largescale performance test strategies
Strong understanding of system architecture and scalability patterns
Proficiency in Java or scripting languages
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum at scale
Experience integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
Strong crossfunctional communication skills
Cloudbased performance testing experience
