Role Overview

We are looking for a performance-focused Paid Media Analyst who can independently manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, strong analytical skills, and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for CPL, CPA, ROAS.
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation across campaigns.
  • Create compelling ad copies in coordination with the content team.
  • Work with the design team for creative briefs and ad visuals.
  • Implement tracking via Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and audience segments.
  • Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and industry trends.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and UTM parameters.
  • Experience with Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
  • Basic understanding of landing page optimization.
