Lead Generation & Institutional Outreach:
- Generate leads from medical colleges across India through structured outreach
- Identify and connect with student bodies, college ambassadors, and institutional authorities
- Research and identify new medical institutions for collaboration and outreach
- Build and maintain a strong institutional network
Lead Conversion & Student Onboarding:
- Convert institutional and student leads into active registrations
- Coordinate demos, presentations, follow-ups, and closures with student representatives
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and sustained student engagement
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Lead Generation is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across colleges
- Goal-oriented with strong follow-up and closure abilities
- Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and CRM tools is a plus
