This is a full-time, on-site position in Jaipur for a Social Media Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, crafting engaging content, managing social media platforms, and optimizing social media performance through analytics and insights. You will collaborate with the team to ensure that strategies align with overall digital marketing objectives and help drive business growth.

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to grow audience engagement and reach.
• Strong skills in Content Strategy and creation to develop compelling and cohesive content plans.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with audiences and collaborating with team members.
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools and techniques to drive effective campaigns.
• Ability to analyze metrics, identify trends, and create actionable plans based on data insights.
• Familiarity with emerging social media platforms and trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing roles is a strong asset.
