Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in new Workday module testing, enhancement validation, and system implementation activities.
  • Perform regular Workday data audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
  • Manage and update Workday supervisory organizations (Sup Orgs), positions, and employee data.
  • Handle Workday compensation updates, including salary changes, allowances, and compensation events.
  • Support Workday enhancement requests through impact analysis, testing, and recommendations.
  • Manage the Help Center / HR ticket queue, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of Workday-related queries.
  • Collaborate with HR Tech and cross-functional teams for system improvements and process automation.
  • Ensure data integrity in Workday by conducting periodic checks and coordinating corrections with stakeholders.
  • Assist in creating and updating Workday SOPs, user guides, and process documentation.
  • Leverage AI-enabled HR systems and analytics to automate transactional processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency.
