Key Responsibilities:
Workday Operations & Data Management
- Manage and update Workday supervisory organizations (Sup Orgs), positions, and employee data.
- Perform regular Workday data audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Handle Workday compensation updates, including salary changes, allowances, and compensation events.
- Support Workday enhancements, performing impact analysis, testing, and recommendations.
Testing & Implementation Support
- Participate in new Workday module testing, system implementations, and configuration activities.
- Assist with creating and updating SOPs, user guides, and process documentation.
- Conduct periodic checks to ensure data integrity and coordinate corrections with stakeholders.
HR Service Delivery
- Manage the Help Center / HR ticket queue, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of Workday-related queries.
- Collaborate with HR Tech and cross-functional teams to improve systems and automate processes.
- Leverage AI-enabled HR systems and analytics to streamline transactional processes and improve operational efficiency.
