- Experience- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Business Operations
- Location- Head Office - Mumbai
- Educational Qualification: MBA in Human Resources (preferred)

- Ensure seamless People operations across payroll, compliance, and lifecycle management
- Drive engagement, performance management, and capability-building initiatives
- Lead transformation, change management, and inclusion programs
- Use data and analytics to influence decision-making
- Build and lead a high-performing People Operations team
What We're Looking For:
- Strong background in Operations with people leadership exposure
- Experience or interest in HR, talent management, or business partnering
- Analytical mindset and comfort with data-driven decisions
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- High ownership, emotional intelligence, and leadership capability
- Working knowledge of compliance, payroll, or HR systems (preferred)
