Current Opportunity:

  • Role- People Senior Manager - Operations - SIPL
  • Experience- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Business Operations
  • Location- Head Office - Mumbai
  • Educational Qualification: MBA in Human Resources (preferred)

  • Own end-to-end workforce planning, frontline hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies
  • Partner with business leaders to solve real-time people and performance challenges
  • Ensure seamless People operations across payroll, compliance, and lifecycle management
  • Drive engagement, performance management, and capability-building initiatives
  • Lead transformation, change management, and inclusion programs
  • Use data and analytics to influence decision-making
  • Build and lead a high-performing People Operations team

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong background in Operations with people leadership exposure
  • Experience or interest in HR, talent management, or business partnering
  • Analytical mindset and comfort with data-driven decisions
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • High ownership, emotional intelligence, and leadership capability
  • Working knowledge of compliance, payroll, or HR systems (preferred)
