We are hiring a Certified Pega LSA/CLSA specializing in PRPC architecture, CTI integration, and enterprise workflows to lead end-to-end Pega implementations while mentoring development teams.
About The Role
Serve as the primary
Pega Lead System Architect with deep expertise in PRPC, Design Patterns, and Class Structure. Lead complex enterprise implementations including CTI, Agent Desktop, Chatbot solutions while ensuring architectural excellence and platform performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Pega implementations (PRPC, Case Management, Knowledge Management)
- Manage all enhancements and projects efficiently
- Design enterprise workflows, Flows, Activities, business rules
- Architect solutions using Design Patterns and optimal Class Structure
- Lead CTI Integration, Pega Agent Desktop, Chatbot implementations
Core Development & Integrations
- Configure PRPC Flows, Reports, Correspondence, SLA management
- Implement Inbound/Outbound integrations (Web Services, SOAP, Middleware)
- Develop Pega UI using UI Kit, Theme Cosmos, React
- Build Agents, Listeners (File/MQ), Connectors
- Optimize PostgreSQL database performance
Quality & Governance
- Perform code reviews and ensure application quality standards
- Monitor Alert Logs and PAL for performance optimization
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
- Ensure compliance with IT standards and SDLC frameworks
Platform Operations & Leadership
- Partner with internal teams for seamless delivery
- Stay current with latest Pega releases and best practices
- Proactively identify enhancement opportunities
- Demonstrate leadership abilities across project lifecycle
