Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for the Relationship Manager Bancaassurance role, based in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibilities include managing relationships with bank partners, driving insurance sales through effective communication and collaboration, and identifying client needs to recommend appropriate insurance products. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, cross-selling relevant products, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with bank partners and clients
- Sales and business development expertise, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
- Knowledge of insurance products and services, especially life insurance, and the ability to recommend suitable solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering high-quality and personalized solutions
- Proficiency in operating in high-paced environments and managing multiple client relationships
- Familiarity with the bancassurance model is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; relevant certifications in insurance are a plus
