PCBA and Product Test Senior Engineer

Role Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop PCBA and product test equipment, ensuring compliance with test specifications.
2. Lead supplier engagement for test equipment development, validation, and qualification.
3. Support product industrialization with test process integration and manufacturing support.
4. Conduct test automation using LabVIEW and manage DFT activities during product design.

Key Deliverables:

1. Test plans, work instructions, and jig implementations for new product testing.
2. Fully qualified and validated test equipment with documented safety and ergonomics checks.
3. Effective transfer of test technologies to internal and contract manufacturing setups.
4. On-time project execution with supplier performance monitoring and issue resolution.
