Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the Quality & Customer Satisfaction efforts for Schneider Electric's single-phase UPS products, ensuring product quality meets customer expectations.
  2. Set project quality goals, track progress, and report risks or gaps to stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with project managers to ensure the project meets quality objectives and customer satisfaction.
  4. Manage project quality reviews, audits, and compliance with QMS and ISO 9001 standards.

Key Deliverables:

  1. Successful deployment of DFMEA points in product and technical publications.
  2. Ensured compliance with safety and quality requirements for UPS projects.
  3. Continuous improvement initiatives for quality and customer satisfaction.
  4. Completed functional testing and validation, including a comprehensive test plan review.
