This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Payroll Specialist. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for accurately managing payroll processes, maintaining compliance with payroll tax regulations, and ensuring timely and precise payroll administration. Day-to-day tasks include processing employee wages, handling garnishments, resolving payroll discrepancies, and providing support for payroll audits. The role also involves staying updated on payroll-related legislation and maintaining confidentiality of payroll data.

• Proven skills in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing
• Experience handling Garnishments and managing Payroll Services
• Strong knowledge of Payroll Taxes and compliance practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and payroll systems
• Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is advantageous
