As a Product Delivery Associate in the HR Money Movement Team, you will enable the successful release and ongoing sustainment of global payroll products and features by proactively identifying and overcoming obstacles. As a valued member of the team, you will work cross-functionally across the organization to ensure the product continuously delivers value - while building the skills and experience needed to grow within your role.

The HR Product Organization, housed within Corporate HR, plays a critical role in driving our transformation - leading efforts to define outcomes, goals, and measures of success across all products through agile principles, continuous discovery, and a unified data architecture and delivery framework.

The HR Money Movement Team is seeking a highly effective and experienced professional to join the Global Pay team. This role will be instrumental in driving the continued innovation and sustainment of the Oracle HCM Cloud application, its related suite of applications, and associated business processes - with a particular focus on ADP Global Payroll integration and implementation. The role will be critical in shaping the evolution of the platform, processes, and experiences that serve all current and former employees, managers, and HR professionals firmwide.

Job responsibilities

  • Plays a key role in the continued innovation and delivery of Global payroll solutions, including ADP Global View and Celergo payroll implementations, ADP Inbound/Outbound Integration, Oracle HCM Cloud application, related suite of applications, and end-to-end business processes.

  • Leads and supports the implementation and optimization of the Oracle HCM Cloud integration with ADP - Global Payroll Interfaces, ensuring seamless data exchange and process alignment between platforms.

  • Partners with a diverse group of stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, and Controls to execute and implement the ongoing technology strategy that enables the Global HR organization.

  • Ensures the continued optimization and sustainment of the Oracle HCM Cloud solution and ADP global payroll platforms, maintaining the reliability, accuracy, and effectiveness of the end-to-end payroll experience for our 260K+ employees globally.

  • Actively participates in change management activities, dependency management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth product releases and minimal operational disruption.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in global payroll product delivery, implementation, or a relevant domain area.

  • Hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView and/or Celergo payroll implementation and configuration.

  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Pay and Time platforms, including integration touchpoints with third-party payroll providers.

  • Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize competing demands, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment across cross-functional teams.

  • Strong problem-solving, problem identification, and analytical reasoning skills with sound judgment and decision-making capabilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Exceptional analytical skills, including root cause analysis and data-driven problem resolution.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with the Oracle HCM Cloud, ADP Global Payroll Interface V2 integration framework, ADP Global View, Celergo.

  • Familiarity with global payroll compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

  • A passion for innovation and a drive to continuously improve processes, platforms, and the overall employee experience.

  • Experience working within an Agile product delivery model.

  • Exposure to payroll tax engines, statutory reporting, and end-to-end payroll lifecycle management.
