We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant responsible

for designing, developing, and supporting technical solutions within Oracle Fusion HCM

Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Development

Develop and customize solutions using:

o BI Publisher (BIP) Reports

o OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)

o HCM Extracts

 Create Fast Formulas and support functional configurations

 Work on HDL (HCM Data Loader) and HSDL

o Integration using SOAP & REST APIs

o File-based data import/export (FBDI)

 Build inbound & outbound integrations between Fusion HCM and third-party systems

(Payroll, Banks, etc.)

2. Data Migration & Conversion

 Perform data migration using:

o HDL / HSDL

o Spreadsheet loaders

 Validate and reconcile migrated data

3. Reporting & Analytics

 Develop:

o BI Publisher Reports

o OTBI Dashboards

 Customize standard reports based on business requirements

4. Security & Extensions

 Work on:

o Role-based security (RBAC)

o Data security policies

 Develop Page Composer / Visual Builder (VB) extensions

6. Support & Maintenance

 Provide production support and resolve issues

 Perform impact analysis for patches and upgrades

 Work with functional teams for issue resolution

Required Skills

Technical Skills

 Strong experience in:

o Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud

o BI Publisher, OTBI

o HCM Extracts

o HDL / HSDL

o OIC integrations(optional)

 Knowledge of:

o XML, XSLT

o SQL

o Web Services (SOAP/REST)

Functional Knowledge (Go to Have)

 Core HR

 Payroll

 Absence Management

 Recruitment (ORC)

Experience

 8+ years in Oracle HCM / Fusion HCM Technical

 At least 1–2 full lifecycle implementations

Preference:

 Oracle Cloud certifications

 Experience with Oracle Visual Builder

 Knowledge of Oracle ERP integrations
