As an Analyst in our Team you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

Key Responsibilities

• Handle international client interactions through voice/call support and provide timely resolution to payroll-related queries.
• Support clients with payroll processing and payroll-related operational issues.
• Troubleshoot issues related to:
• Payroll submission and incorrect payroll calculations
• Tax filing and tax payments
• Direct deposit and contractor payments
• Timecards/timesheets
• Attendance and leave/absence
• Payroll exceptions and discrepancies
• Manage and resolve tickets/cases within defined timelines and SLAs.
• Perform reconciliation and audit checks to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Assist clients in navigating payroll forms, reports, settings, billing and subscription-related queries.
• Support queries related to identity, access and permissions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–7 years of relevant experience in payroll, payroll support, customer support, or an international voice process.
• Experience handling international clients/customers, preferably through a voice process.
• Working knowledge of payroll processing and payroll support.
• Exposure to timecard/timesheet management, attendance, leave and absence processing.
• Experience in troubleshooting and exception handling.
• Hands-on experience with ticket/case management.
• Understanding of reconciliation and audit checks.
• Good understanding of payroll-related queries such as taxes, direct deposits, contractor payments, and payroll submission issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in night shifts.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in the following areas will be preferred:

• US/UK or other international payroll processes
• International customer
• Payroll software/platform support
