As a Payment Lifecycle Analyst within Payments Operations, you will collaborate with operations leads, service owners, and global stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions. You will help automate processes, analyze data, and support the continuous improvement of registry and reference data management, ensuring robust controls and operational efficiency. Ensure registry data is accurate, timely, and transparent across the Atlas platform.

Job Responsibilities
  • Anticipate client needs, prioritize tasks, and deliver a consistently high-quality service experience.
  • Develop trust with clients, internal and external partners build professional presence and exhibit strong stakeholder management.
  • Work with the cross functional team, Operations Leads and Service Owners to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Collect, collate, and analyze data sets from multiple sources to support business needs.
  • Support automation and technology enhancements to improve productivity and controls.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to enhance registry and reference data processes.
  • Participate in testing for system enhancements, project implementations, and onboarding initiatives.
  • Monitor exceptions in registry data and ensure timely resolution.
  • Review and update internal processes to drive efficiency and improve stakeholder experience.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Effective communication and partnership skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Advanced Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and automation using macros or VBA.
  • Identify operational/reputational risk early and escalate appropriately with the right controls and approvals.
  • Interest in leveraging data to drive operational efficiency and innovation.
  • Bachelors degree

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience with Business Intelligence tool (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau etc.).
  • Knowledge of banking functions, finance, or operations environments.
  • Exposure to automation, process improvement, or project management.
  • Exposure to machine learning, artificial intelligence, or integrating data solutions into business applications.
