Ensure a seamless, empathetic patient experience while driving treatment conversions and supporting clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle front desk and ensure a comfortable patient experience
- Assist patients with forms and capture medical history for doctors
- Explain treatment plans, pricing, and recovery in simple terms
- Address concerns, build trust, and convert patients to treatment programs
- Ensure patient satisfaction and long-term engagement
- Coordinate with doctors, finance, and internal teams for smooth operations
- Maintain daily reports and support clinic performance
Qualifications & Skills
- HSC / Graduate
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Experience in patient counseling / customer service
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Patient-centric approach with professional grooming
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience needed
