This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Care Coordinator at our Thiruvananthapuram branch. The Patient Care Coordinator will manage appointment scheduling, provide compassionate support to pet owners, handle care coordination by ensuring seamless communication between pet owners and the veterinary team, and utilize medical terminology effectively. Additional responsibilities include offering excellent customer service, maintaining accurate patient records, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the hospital to ensure high standards of care.

• Knowledge and experience in Appointment Scheduling and demonstrating excellent Phone Etiquette
• Strong skills in Care Coordination and ensuring communication between pet owners and medical staff
• Familiarity with Medical Terminology relevant to veterinary care
• Previous experience in Patient Care or a customer-facing healthcare role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide empathetic and effective service
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in using computer systems for scheduling and record-keeping
• Knowledge of pet healthcare practices or prior experience in a veterinary setting is a plus
