We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated Customer Contact Communications Representatives to join our team in Chennai. This is a great opportunity for freshers looking to build a career in customer communication and support, especially in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact professionally with US-based customer service representatives.

Preferred candidate profile

Freshers with strong English communication skills (verbal & written) are welcome.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, with a preference for night shifts.
Basic understanding of customer service principles is an advantage.
