We are looking for a dynamic Partnerships Manager to drive partner acquisition, activation, engagement, and growth across assigned territories. This role will be responsible for building and managing relationships with financial intermediaries such as Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), Wealth Managers, Chartered Accountants (CAs), and other strategic partners.
The ideal candidate will have strong B2B relationship management experience, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven ability to develop partner networks that drive business growth and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Partner Acquisition & Onboarding
- Identify, engage, and onboard new distribution partners across assigned territories.
- Build relationships with Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), Wealth Managers, Chartered Accountants (CAs), and other relevant partner channels.
- Present and articulate the partner value proposition, demonstrating how solutions can help partners enhance client retention, increase revenue opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Convert qualified leads into active and productive partner relationships.
Partner Activation & Enablement
- Manage the complete partner lifecycle, including onboarding, activation, enablement, engagement, and retention.
- Conduct product training sessions and onboarding programs to ensure partners are equipped to effectively position and promote solutions.
- Support partners with sales enablement materials, product knowledge, and business development initiatives.
- Drive partner adoption and ensure successful integration into the business ecosystem.
Relationship Management & Engagement
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with partner organizations and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular in-person meetings, partner reviews, training workshops, client seminars, and co-branded events.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner queries, feedback, escalations, and support requirements.
- Ensure a high level of partner satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Performance Management & Growth
- Track and analyze partner performance metrics, including referrals, customer conversions, revenue generation, and engagement levels.
- Identify opportunities to improve partner productivity and business outcomes.
- Proactively intervene and implement engagement strategies for underperforming or inactive partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize partner success and revenue growth.
Market Development
- Identify new partnership opportunities and expansion channels within the assigned region.
- Gather market intelligence and partner feedback to support product enhancements and go-to-market strategies.
- Represent the organization at industry events, networking forums, and partner engagement initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Channel Sales, Key Account Management, or Relationship Management.
- Strong understanding of financial services distribution channels, including MFDs, IFAs, Wealth Managers, and CAs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build trust-based relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on revenue growth and partner success.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing multiple partner relationships simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories for partner meetings and events.
