Role Overview
We're looking for a smart, self-driven Corporate Partnerships Manager to lead our corporate & bulk gifting vertical. This role is about more than sales it's about creating memorable brand moments through gifting. You'll identify, pitch, and close opportunities with corporates, HR heads, CXOs, marketing teams, and gifting agencies, making May & Co. the go-to name for premium, thoughtful gifting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the B2B sales pipeline with a strong focus on corporate gifting, festive hampers, and event giveaways
- Reach out to HR/marketing/admin heads, CXOs, and gifting agencies to pitch May & Co. products
- Identify key seasons and cycles (Diwali, Christmas, onboarding kits, offsites, etc.) to plan ahead and push gifting
- Customise offerings (product combinations, packaging, gift notes) as per client needs
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely fulfilment and delivery
- Build lasting partnerships with agencies and enterprise clients
- Maintain regular reporting and tracking of leads, conversions, and client feedback
- Represent May & Co. at pop-ups, exhibitions, or corporate networking events when required
Desired Candidate Profile
- 25 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in FMCG, beverages, or premium gifting
- Existing connects with HR, marketing teams, admin heads, or procurement officers is a strong advantage
- Understanding of premium positioning and ability to sell a design-first, lifestyle product
- Hustler mindset ready to pitch, follow up, negotiate, and close
- Fluent in English, confident in presentation, and comfortable with CRM or Excel-based tracking
