Job Description –
Partnership Manager (Corporate Tie-Ups) Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Partnership Manager to establish and manage corporate partnerships that generate qualified leads from employees interested in constructing their homes. The role involves identifying potential corporate organizations, building strategic relationships with HR, Admin, and Employee Engagement teams, and creating programs that drive employee participation and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities-
● Identify, approach, and onboard corporate organizations for employee-focused home construction solutions.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR, Administration, Employee Welfare, and Leadership teams within partner organizations.
● Design and execute employee engagement initiatives such as seminars, webinars, workshops, and awareness programs on home construction.
● Generate and nurture qualified leads from employees planning to build independent homes.
● Coordinate with internal sales teams to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of generated leads.
● Track partnership performance, employee participation, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
● Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and engagement programs with corporate clients.
● Collaborate with marketing teams to create customized communication and promotional campaigns for corporate employees.
● Build a strong pipeline of prospective corporate partners and maintain regular engagement.
● Prepare periodic reports on partnership activities, lead generation, and business outcomes.
Key Requirements-
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
● 2–6 years of experience in Corporate Partnerships, B2B Sales, Institutional Sales, Corporate Relations, Employee Benefits, or Business Development.
● Proven experience in establishing corporate tie-ups and managing strategic partnerships.
● Strong networking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
● Experience in real estate, home construction, housing finance, employee benefits, or related industries will be preferred.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Ability to independently drive partnerships and achieve lead generation targets.
