About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, relationship-driven and commercially strong sponsorship professional to join the Phase 1 Originals team. This role will focus on building and driving sponsorships and brand partnerships across live entertainment IPs, festivals, musicals and large-scale experiential events.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands the sponsorship and brand partnership ecosystem deeply, has existing relationships across brands and agencies, and is capable of identifying, building and closing strategic partnerships aligned with each project's audience, positioning and cultural relevance.

This role requires someone who can think beyond standard sponsorship sales and build meaningful brand-event synergies, integration opportunities and partnership narratives tailored to each brand's objectives. From identifying the right category fit and creating compelling sponsorship propositions to pitching, negotiating and closing partnerships - the role requires both strategic thinking and strong execution capability.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of the entertainment, events, media and experiential sponsorship ecosystem, along with the ability to navigate relationships across brands, agencies and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

Sponsorship Strategy & Partnership Development

  • Drive sponsorship and brand partnership efforts across Phase 1 Originals IPs including festivals, musicals, live experiences and entertainment properties
  • Identify relevant brands, corporates and partners based on the nature of the project, audience profile and cultural fit
  • Develop strategic sponsorship approaches and partnership narratives tailored to each brand category
  • Understand brand objectives and identify meaningful integration opportunities aligned with the project
  • Build category-specific sponsorship strategies and outreach plans across multiple sectors and industries

Brand Outreach & Relationship Management

  • Leverage existing relationships across brands, agencies and partner networks to drive sponsorship conversations
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with brands, marketing teams, media agencies and decision-makers
  • Lead sponsorship pitches, presentations, meetings and partnership discussions
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and actively expand the sponsorship ecosystem for Phase 1 Originals
  • Represent Phase 1 Originals within the brand partnerships and sponsorship ecosystem

Proposal Development & Brand Integration

  • Work closely with Project Leads and internal teams to develop sponsorship decks, proposals and pitch narratives
  • Contribute to ideation around brand integrations, experiences and partnership concepts
  • Build customized partnership solutions based on brand objectives and event relevance
  • Collaborate with creative, content and design teams to develop compelling sponsor-facing material
  • Ensure sponsorship proposals align with both project vision and partner expectations

Sponsor Servicing & Partnership Management

  • Oversee sponsor servicing and relationship management post closure
  • Ensure smooth coordination of sponsor deliverables and brand integration requirements
  • Work with internal teams to ensure partnership commitments are executed effectively
  • Support renewal conversations and long-term partnership development
  • Maintain strong communication and relationship continuity with sponsors and partners

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–8 years of experience in Sponsorship Sales, Brand Partnerships, Experiential Partnerships or Entertainment Marketing
  • Strong existing relationships across brands, agencies and marketing decision-makers
  • Excellent understanding of the sponsorship and live entertainment ecosystem
  • Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to build strategic sponsorship narratives and partnership propositions
  • Strong sales, pitching and negotiation capabilities
  • Understanding of consumer audiences, brand objectives and cultural relevance
  • Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
  • Strong ownership, execution capability and commercial understanding
