What You'll Do
- Manage and grow relationships with international B2B partners (agencies, affiliates, vendors).
- Drive partner communication across regions through calls, emails, and ongoing account management.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and support outreach/pitching initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, content, product, tech, ops) to deliver partner campaigns smoothly.
- Maintain accurate partner data, track performance, and share insights for improvement.
- Handle basic team coordination (executives) and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Monitor competitive landscape and suggest optimisations.
What We're Looking For
- 23 years of experience in international B2B sales, partnerships, or account management.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building ability with a professional, approachable style.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working with CRMs/Excel dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations, follow-ups, and deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn quickly.
- Experience handling or guiding small teams is a bonus.
